Just a little note for those of you looking to buy or sell a home. We would highly recommend Karla and Eric Tack with Coldwell Banker Realty. We have bought and sold several homes in our lifetimes, we’re getting up there in age. The Tack’s made our Parker purchase a breeze, which was great cause we were in a bit of a rush to sell a Florida property and move to Colorado. The Tack’s took care of basically the whole process, and then some. Beyond what I think are the Realtor responsibilities , And a couple of months later, they’re still checking in on us. If for some reason we have to sell this home, the Tack’s will be our first call. HIGHLY recommend Karla and Eric.
